On-site managers help keep the apartments in safe, working order, and assist residents with necessary paperwork and administrative needs. Residents are encouraged to contact Office Manager Luis Lopez right away to schedule any necessary repairs. Maintenance Manager Stephen Comstock will fix most problems himself, and selects outside vendors when appropriate.

Luis has been the Soroptimist Village office manager since 2021. He says he has a new sense of direction working here. He is working towards his Bachelor’s degree at Fullerton College and Cal State Fullerton and hopes to become a CPA in the future. He enjoys assisting the residents with recertification each year. Luis is an eager learner and enjoys sports and exercise
Steve Comstock
Property Manager
Steve had been working at Soroptimist Village snce Jan 2021. He is a general contractor with 15 years in property management. Steve says working at The Village is like caring for one big family. Everyone watches out for each other.
